As the head of the Service Sales team at CPG, Jessica brings an in-depth understanding of data center operations and corresponding maintenance, an atmosphere of mutual trust, and the ability to ensure that her team delivers exceptional service, to every CPG Service contract. Understanding that trusted partnerships are the key to long-term business relationships, Jessica works with her team to not only develop service solutions that ensure maximum uptime, but also to provide her clients with the expertise and peace of mind they deserve.
To this end, Jessica and her team work closely with CPG’s Service Operations, a group of expertly trained and specially certified technicians, to consistently ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This high level of service has resulted in many of CPG’s customers expanding their contracts, including additional services or adding new contracts for other CPG capabilities beyond Service. Jessica leads by example and with clients that have followed her for over 10 years, she’s the ideal person to spearhead the continued growth of the Service Sales team.
