Preventive Maintenance:

We’ll work closely with you to set up service plans and maintenance schedules, combining our experience with your inputs/requirements. Schedule coordination, including adherence to site security and access protocols, is managed with site contacts through the CPG NOC.

24/7 Telephone Support:

The CPG NOC is standing by to address questions, coordinate necessary service support, or respond to emergency situations with our CPG technicians, as well as a variety of service and OEM partners we can leverage as required.

On-Site Support:

Based on plan, CPG provides response SLAs for on-site incident and troubleshooting. Highly trained technicians will deploy to site and work with you and your team to resolve any issues.
